A local Earned Income Tax (EIT) of 1.00% (.0100) is collected by Don Wilkinson Agency.

Don Wilkinson Agency, 1144 Wyoming Ave., Kingston, PA 18704 (570) 287-4928.   This tax is not part of your property tax bill.  Your employer should be witholding this tax from your paycheck.  If you work outside the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, you are still required to pay this tax.

Call Don Wilkinson Agency to request that they mail you a Tax Return Form with instructions, or you can pick one up in the Township office.  This tax is due April 15th.
